"My name is Luiz Tannuri awarded 6th degree BJJ Black Belt by Master Ricardo Pinheiro "Tanque" Reis (7th degree BJJ Coral Belt).

Also I´m Judo Black Belt by Sansei Takeshi Miura (Judo Red Belt). Our International Affiliate is Tannuri Association. I live in Brasilia, Brazil, the city where I was born.

I travel regularly to Australia to teach and train with my Bondi Jiu Jitsu Family. I am honoured to have Ben Miller and Bondi Jiu Jitsu Academy with our team. Thank you my friends to be part of my history. Ossu." Luiz Tannuri

BEN MILLER 3rd Degree Black Belt Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

With more than twenty-one years Jiu Jitsu experience, nineteen years teaching and competition, and more than 10 years at Black Belt, Coach Ben is one of the most experienced Jiu Jitsu instructors in NSW.

‘After many successful years competing in state, national and Pan Pacific competition I was able to establish my own academy in Bondi in 2010. Since then I have been dedicated myself to training a successful competition team and now have champions of all ages from 4 to 60yrs old.

I received my Black Belt 20th February 2013 from 2x CBJJF World Champion Prof. Paulo Guimarães (Mestre Rickson Gracie>>Mestre Jorge Pereira>>Prof. Paulo Guimarães>>Ben Miller).
From 2014, I am honoured to be a black belt graduate under Prof. Luiz Tannuri.

I have had the opportunity to travel the world with Jiu Jitsu and have trained around the world including throughout USA, Brazil, Europe and Asia’.

Teaching modern competition Jiu Jitsu with a foundation built on classic Jiu Jitsu and self defense, we have the most successful P4P competition team in the eastern suburbs!

We are Bondi Jiu Jitsu Academy and welcome everyone to come and train the beautiful 'gentle art'!
